The Regional Recovery Hub (RRH) program is administered by the Erie County Office of Drug and Alcohol Abuse (ECDA). The ECDA Office has Case Managers available 24/7 to conduct drug and alcohol screenings. Erie County Recovery Celebration Needs Your Input!
On September 18, 2026, the Regional Recovery Hub will be hosting an Erie County Recovery Celebration at the Booker T Washington Center. As part of this celebration, we will be honoring two individuals for their dedication and service within the recovery community. The Susan P. Esper Award will recognize someone who is actively promoting mental and emotional wellness. The Erie County Lighthouse Recovery Award will be given to an individual who has displayed deep dedication to helping people recover from substance use disorder.
